our process

Understanding what I coach

I can help you gain clarity and keep you on track to take steps that make sense and are life-changing. I know the right questions to ask and how to manage the answers.

I understand what I coach first-hand as I have worked at the Managerial level in corporates, experienced a true career transition, and have migrated. This tangible experience means I have genuine empathy for my clients. In addition, I bring a neutral view and am not influenced by personal agendas or opinions.

our methodology

Combination of business
and coaching psychology lenses

I underpin my methodologies with my practical experience in both business and coaching psychology. This is centered around my formal learning with the late Dr Anthony Grant and Dr Michael Cavanagh (Institute of Coaching & Consulting Psychology). This synergy gets my clients results.

how we help

Discover how to stop experiencing the Sunday blues

You deserve the life you want and the support to enable it. Don’t wait until you are in a position where you have to leave your role. Prepare while you have the headspace so you can secure the right role. I don’t experience the “Sunday blues” any longer and I look forward to work. You too can make this discovery.
