INTERVIEW TECHNIQUE

WHAT WE DO

Teaching you to play the game

An interview is an intense and artificial way of measuring whether you will be a good fit for a role.  Until another method is developed, it is important to learn how to play this game.  At Outcome Coaching we get our clients feeling confident and interview-ready.

We will guide you through the four steps of the interview process.

Karen is the guide we all need. Compassionate, honest, supportive, smart and professional. Her approach teaches you about yourself, helps you clarify your values and gives you the confidence, support and skills to take action. Karen kept me focussed and brought me back to centre consistently when I deferred to self-doubt. Wherever you are in your career I highly recommend working with Karen to discover the things about yourself, your current role and your future potential, that you don’t yet know. I have been a Physiotherapist for 8 years and was looking to move industries however didn’t know where to start. Karen was highly recommended to me and I ended up having four sessions with her over a number of months. She had great insight into the industry and provided me with many exercises and surveys which gave me insight into where I wanted be and what made me tick. My final session Karen was elite in providing me with interviewing tips for success which eventuated 2 days after that session! I’m now in my dream job and can only thank Karen for her expertise and guidance! I would strongly recommend Karen for anything related to recruitment or careers advise!
